Your tasks:
✔ Supporting the implementation of projects in the areas of business, technology, marketing and organisation
✔ Carrying out research, analyses and preparing the basis for decision-making
✔ Supporting the creation of presentations, reports and project plans
✔ Collaborating on the maintenance of databases, website content and social media channels
✔ Organising and following up on internal and external appointments, meetings and events
Your profile:
✔ You are an enrolled student in a relevant degree programme (e.g. economics, industrial engineering, marketing, communications, computer science or similar)
✔ You are interested in business, technical and communicative contexts
✔ You work in a structured, reliable and solution-orientated manner
✔ Very good knowledge of German and English as well as Spanish
✔ Confident in using MS Office; experience with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, project management or CRM systems is a plus
✔ Initiative, team spirit and a willingness to familiarise yourself with new topics

✔ Supporting the planning, coordination and implementation of projects
✔ Participating in the management of schedules, budgets and resources
✔ Communicating with clients, service providers and internal teams
✔ Preparing and following up on meetings, presentations and reports
✔ Independently taking on smaller sub-projects and areas of responsibility
Your profile:
✔ Completed university degree in business, communications, technology or comparable training
✔ Initial practical experience in project management (e.g. through internships or as a working student)
✔ Organisational talent, strong communication skills and a good feel for processes
✔ Confident in using MS Office and interest in digital tools and methods
✔ Very good knowledge of German and English – knowledge of Spanish is a plus
✔ Proactive way of working, ability to work in a team and desire for responsibility

✔ Independently managing and controlling complex projects – from planning to successful implementation
✔ Interface management between customers, partners and internal teams
✔ Ensuring quality, budget and deadlines within the projects
✔ Leading interdisciplinary project teams and moderating meetings and workshops
✔ Identifying and managing project risks and developing solution strategies
✔ Further developing internal project management processes and tools
Your profile:
✔ Completed university degree in business, technology, communications or a comparable qualification
✔ At least 5 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in a managerial role
✔ Strong organisational and communication skills
✔ Confident handling of project management methods (e.g. classic, agile, hybrid)
✔ Business-fluent German and very good English skills – knowledge of Spanish an advantage
✔ High degree of personal responsibility, solution-orientation and team spirit
